Emillie Wagner
Paralegal
Emillie Wagner works as a paralegal supporting Crispin Hannon’s employment, personal injury, and workers’ compensation practice areas. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon in Political Science and Legal Studies and continues to pursue her passion for the law and public interest work in this role. Emillie plans to begin her Juris Doctor program in the fall of 2026.
Outside of the office, Emillie serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for Washington County, where she advocates for the best interests of youth involved in the child welfare system. She previously worked in immigration law serving underrepresented communities and has developed a strong commitment to public service and improving her community. At Crispin Hannon, Emillie brings that same dedication to assisting Oregon workers and individuals in protecting their rights.
Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Emillie enjoys reading, attending concerts, weightlifting, dancing, and sewing. On a typical day off, you might find her exploring one of Portland’s many second-hand stores in search of clothes to upcycle, or enjoying the outdoors with a good nonfiction book while taking advantage of any sunshine Portland has to offer.
