Jyothi Dondero

Paralegal

Jyothi is a paralegal in Crispin Hannon’s employment law and personal injury sections. Although she has long been interested in the legal field, she spent the past 13 years working primarily as a freelance writer, with occasional roles in retail. Through those experiences, she gained firsthand insight into the importance of strong legal protections for employees in the workplace, particularly when it comes to maintaining safe and fair working environments. At Crispin Hannon, Jyothi now uses her research and writing skills to help support the firm’s clients and legal team.

Originally from India, Jyothi moved to Portland 25 years ago and has called it home ever since. In her free time, she enjoys exploring new hiking trails, experimenting with new recipes—often with mixed results—and hunting for bargains at Powell’s Books. She also treasures spending time with her family, including her dog, her two cats, and her daughter, who is her inspiration and the greatest joy of her life.
