Terance A. Berg

Associate Attorney

Terance Berg is an Associate Attorney with Crispin Hannon LLC, where he represents individuals in employment and personal injury matters. He approaches each case with careful preparation, attention to detail, and a practical mindset, recognizing that clients often come to an attorney during some of the most challenging periods of their lives.

Before becoming an attorney, Terance served in the United States Air Force, earned a degree in biology, and spent nearly a decade leading cross-functional projects involving research, development, and operational initiatives in the biotechnology industry. That background shaped his approach to problem solving, communication, and advocacy while giving him firsthand insight into the challenges faced by employees, professionals, and organizations across a wide range of workplaces.

Before joining Crispin Hannon LLC, Terance served as a Judicial Law Clerk in the Multnomah County Circuit Court and then worked as an associate attorney handling personal injury cases. Those experiences provided valuable insight into effective litigation, careful preparation, and the importance of clear, practical communication.

Terance earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Washington before earning his Juris Doctor and Master of Business Administration from Seattle University.

Outside the office, Terance enjoys skiing, hiking, traveling, playing piano, trail running, triathlons, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
